On Monday, Feb. 17, former Ann Sobrato High School standout Ethan Marmie’s current college team, the Cal Poly Mustangs, won 9-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Loyola Marymount Lions.

The game took place at George C. Page Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Lions this season.

The Mustangs’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 6 p.m. at Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park against Texas A&M Aggies.
