On Sunday, Feb. 16, former San Benito High School standout Marcus Aranda’s current college team, the Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks, lost 6-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Eastern Illinois Panthers.

The game took place at Lou St. Amant Field. This was their third matchup against the Panthers this season.

The Warhawks’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 18 at 6 p.m. at Lou St. Amant Field against Grambling State Tigers.
