On Friday, Feb. 7, former San Benito High School standout Jared Esparza’s current college team, the Sonoma State Seawolves, lost 6-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the William Jessup Warriors.

The game took place at Seawolf Diamond. This was their first matchup against the Warriors this season.

The Seawolves’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 12 p.m. at McBean Park against William Jessup Warriors.
